Vegan Potstickers These vegan potstickers are better than takeout with a tasty mushroom and veggie filling and homemade wonton wrappers to ensure that they’re vegan! Once you’ve mastered these bad boys, you’ll never order takeout again! The first thing you’re going to need is vegan wonton wrappers. You can get them in some supermarkets but many of you have commented that they’re not that easy to find. So that’s why I did this recipe for vegan wonton wrappers. As you’ll see in the video, it’s simply flour and water and it’s one of the easiest types of dough to make.

Imagine deep fried choux pastry dipped in hot chocolate…mmmm…delicious! Now I have to say that my favorite churros come from small stalls. They are large, thick and filling. Then you’ll love the flavors of this Asian Chicken Cranberry Salad, a delicious salad or main dish that is popular at any potluck or holiday party! RED VELVET WHOOPIE PIES WITH CREAM CHEESE Little bites of cake. They were the perfect red color, not too brownish like other red velvet desserts I’ve seen. The secret was probably the liquid red color (I used Dab-n-color Red from Wilton). The moment I took a bite I fell in love. Soft pillowy cake-like cookies. Although the recipe calls for 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, they don’t taste like a vanilla or a chocolate cake. It’s different, but in a delicious way. Once you sandwich them with smooth sweet cream cheese sandwich you’re in heaven. Think layer cake goodness but in a 3 bite-size cookie. AH-mazing!

INGREDIENTS 1 (15.35 ounce) package Double-Stuffed Oreo cookies1/2 cup butter, melted2 packages (3.9 ounce, each) Instant Chocolate pudding mix3 1/4 cups cold milk2 (8 ounce) containers Cool Whip1 (8 ounce) block Cream cheese, softened1 cup powdered sugar INSTRUCTIONS Take a large zip-lock bag and place all the Oreo cookies inside. Seal bag shut and place on counter. Using a rolling pin, crush the cookies until they are small chunks/crumbs.
